Prototyping - Burnhouse Engineering can test a radical or unique design concept by fabricating initial components for evaluation. Full scale prototypes can also be manufactured.

CNC Cutting - Your requests to cut carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium in any shape drawn on CAD can be turned round in 12 or 24 hrs. Plasma cutting for up to 30 mm profiles and oxy flame cutting for up to 100 mm. Architectural shapes and lettering can also be cut.

Plasma Cutting - New technology allows us to assist with cutting requirements at your site on equipment that is manufactured from stainless steel, thus helping you reduce plant down time, improve the finished quality and ultimately reduce your costs.

Fabrication & Welding - We will consider and advise on all fabrication work.

• Fabricating can be undertaken within your premises or on a client's site.

• Pre-treated or treated with your specified protective coating.

• Full installation of the finished fabrication if required.
